I have never returned to a youtube video but this one did wonders to me! I had the worst pregnancy scare and was 6 days late. Take a lot of vitamin c (4000-6000mg ) everyday. Ibuprofen 800mg for 4-5 days. Drink both ginger and chamomile mixed with cinnamon. Remember LOTSSSS of water too!

I am continuously drinking orange juice, taking hot (not too hot) baths, and listening to these subliminals. I believe they are working a little because I feel cramps but not usual ones I believe they are lower pelvic area cramps. My period was 19 days delayed and I listened to this every night for 1 week and it really work! I got my period. I suggest that you listen to it every night and do it with reflexology. From all the girlies out there worrying, remember to relax. Maybe stress is one of the cause why your period is delayed.
