In an interview with Sky News, Dr Myriam Francois addressed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's demand to release Israeli hostages held by Hamas before Ramadan.
Francois highlighted a proposed deal to exchange Israeli hostages for Palestinians, which Netanyahu rejected.
She also pointed out the recent UN report detailing sexual abuse of women and children in Israeli detention. Additionally, UN experts are calling for an investigation into alleged human rights violations against Palestinian women and girls by Israeli forces, including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detention, degrading treatment, and sexual violence.
