I find it so funny that people treat characters like Hiyoko and Himiko like little children just because of their body types. It’s understandable that you don’t feel comfortable with them there but I just find it funny since I’m pretty sure Hiyoko is the second oldest character in DR2’s cast
The school year on Japan starts on April, so actually the charachters from march to january are the youngest from their casts. So in DR2 Mahiru is the oldest and Nagito the second oldest, meanwhile, Hiyoko is the second youngest
Hiyoko is 17 in DR2, so I guess that's ok or not ok depending where you live.

If i redesigned some of them , here's what i would have done
Sayaka : i would have given her a regular swimsuit with a tie on skirt onto it, with a pastel pink
Kyoko : I'd make her wear a korekiyo swimsuit
Junko : i would have used her promo art swimsuit, except with a zebra pattern, and its more similar to mukuro's actual swimsuit, however I'd also give her this see through fabric around the waist
Mukuro : i would have given her her regular haircut, but I'd also make her hair more of a strawberry blonde with her black roots showing
Kazuichi : i would have yeeted the beanie off
Fuyuhiko : i would have given him a snake design/pattern on his shorts along with a dog tag
Akane : i would have given her more of a one piece but make her swimsuit in red and blue stripes
Chiaki : i would have made her wear a similar two piece outfit, but instead of a frill dress type of thing, i would have given her a floaty around the waist, as well as some swimming goggles on her head
Hiyoko : i would have made her swimsuit pink and cyan, along with her hair bows, and i would have make her wear a one piece swimsuit, along with a lil matching bow on the chest area
