UPDATE | Maseru Bridge taxi rank shootout

The Free State Spokesperson, Sergeant Mahlomola Kareli has confirmed that one suspect is in police custody at Ladybrand, while two other suspects are currently on the run. This after suspects who were travelling in a bakkie started shooting at a person who alighted from a taxi that may have been followed from Gauteng. Police collected no less than 20 bullet shells from the scene, near Maseru Bridge taxi rank on Tuesday morning.
