But seriously though, for the price you shouldnt ask so much! The color precision is brilliant with this one! Its so dreamy and creamy and rich! Its my first 4K monitor! What u think about the viewing angle problem cause it's a V A right?
      I'm planning to buy this but only thing i keep worried about is viewing angle..
      If i wanna watch movie on that with family , and they sitting on long sofa will the persons on the two corners of the sofa have bad experience ??

      The viewing angle is decent, but it's certainly no replacement for a proper larger 4K TV. Though if this is what your budget can do, it's a good panel with still pretty decent viewing angles, just remember to use HDMI 2 because HDMI 1 port is capped to 30hz as we detailed in the video. Thanks for the review, I am looking for affordable UHD monitor after the GPU prices dropped and it seem that moving from 60hz to 144 almost triples the cost for a 32 inch monitor.
    So I have been considering this viewsonic VX3211-4K-mhd monitor as I would prefer resolution for scenic aestethics in games and productivity than refresh rate.

    • @Techspin
      @Techspin  2 роки тому

      We did reviews on both the Gigabyte G32QC-A 165hz and LG 32GN600-B 165Hz and both are good, GB has the edge, they aren't too expensive (depending on region). For 4K the Viewsonic is... okay, but we recommend the Samsung or Acer we reviewed, be careful to inspect Acer though, we heard first hand reports of a stuck single pixel on two different monitors recently. The Viewsonic is okay, though it doesn't accept anything lower than 60Hz, a consideration if you do console gaming. Please subscribe!

    having no height adjust and swivel on a va monitor is the worse. with ips you can get away with it but with va your most likely going to see washed colours, unless you're already at the perfect viewing angle ofc.

    • @Techspin
      @Techspin  3 роки тому +4

      Ya, that's a point, though at the entry level, extremely few monitors have that. If you look $150-200 up, some monitors start having those features. That being said, a tall VESA mount will cost around $50ish, so you still save if you absolutely need better positioning, that or a wide and deep keyboard shelf perhaps. @Techspin does this monitor support 1440p@120hz

    • @Techspin
      @Techspin  3 роки тому +1

      No, 4Ks panels rated for 60Hz won't do 120/144hz at lower resolutions. Their max is 60Hz. You also lose sharpness by running the panel at a non-native resolution, though not as much with a 4K panel as lower resolution monitors, like running a 1440p at 1080p will likely look slightly blurrier than a native 1080p screen. • @Techspin
      @Techspin  3 роки тому

      Ok, this is assuming you have a DisplayPort cable coming out of your PC's graphics card? DisplayPort generally *just works* but... the only thing I can think of is... you're using a DP to HDMI adapter? That should work in only one direction, out of your GPU's DP port to HDMI. Also, that will need to be an ACTIVE type adapter (expensive) not the passive type (cheaper).
      The other reason it might not work is if you're using all GPU ports, some cards have 4 or 5 ports but support a max less than that.
      If not... try connecting only the monitor with DP directly. You should try another PC too if you can, some laptops have DP out also, though usually Mini-DP and cables can be tricky/expensive to find.
      Hope this helps! Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

    Is this a good option with PS5

      If all your content is 4k 60Hz, or at least 1080p 60Hz, this is okay, but this monitor cannot handle Blu-ray content at 24Hz(24p). The Samsung or Acer we reviewed are better for this, and sit higher on the desk too. Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

    Does this monitor support picture by picture?

    • @Techspin
      @Techspin  3 роки тому

      Yes it does, confirmed. ALTHOUGH HDMI 1 is only 1.4 and supports a max 4K 30Hz, as we outlined in the video. You might run HDMI 2 and DP though, we didn't test this yet but should work. Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

    at 60hz u might as well just buy a 4k tv...its much cheaper than monitor and come with remote

      And with a TV, all HDMI ports should all accept 60Hz, unlike this one! 😂 Please subscribe, thanks for your support!

    Sooo I bought this and I regret color accuracy is terrible even after I used a calibration tool. Yup regret it. Anyone else has this issue ?

      Check Rtings.com for their settings, if it's still not hitting the mark... return it? Although I wouldn't recommend a $300 monitor for professional color accurate graphics work, just saying. Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

      Yeah it works well for this, though it sits just a little too low for me personally. At least all the input can handle 4K 60hz hehe. Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!

      @@Techspin what do you think is a good 4ik monitor for video editing Looking for 30" - 32"

      In our rankings, the Acer we did is #1, #2 is Samsung, and #3 is this Viewsonic, and the Acer and Viewsonic can accept HDR although 'accept' is the right term. The Acer looks the most vibrant which is why it's our Premiere output window, the Samsung is our main editing screen, and the Viewsonic... is on the floor currently lol. The Acer is pricey or hard to find, so It's hard to recommend the Samsung fully considering it's input HDMI1 issue, however the d-pad for the menu is easy and it's the one we use. These are all on our 'Monitor' playlist, but I'll throw the link for the Samsung here: ua-cam.com/video/JjjJTlgGkE4/v-deo.html Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! From your opinion which one is good between View Sonic VX3211 with Acer ET322QK ?

    • @Techspin

      The panels themselves are fairly equal, maybe a hair towards the Acer, and the Acer has color spaces and much easier controls, it's our current favorite. Great question! Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends to help us grow! Thanks for your support!
