Check how many jobs available in naukri chdck howmuch salary, its not going to change much. Your degree certificate is not going to get you the job, your skill, learn maya, 3ds and other related products at home from youtube and build showreel before you complete your degree.

I cannot decide for you, if it was me, if i want to work in pixer i will get it no matter what. For that i will consistently work to build my skills for 16hrs a day, everyday for 10 yrs straight. Point is career switching is not easy you need to start from begining. Do proper research.

to get job you need work visa, work visa is given if you are sponsored or you get PR. you need to look for migration in the respective country. Check my migration videos.

Animation u can study at home from youtube. Degrees are good for core engineering, traditional course which requires lab and classrooms. Animation you study a software which can do on your own.

Basically client budget is proportional to the quality of work. Based on the budget we split the works we going to do in the project , x hrs for modelling + y hrs for rigging + z hrs for other items etc

Before you go down that path, check if your interest is real, instead of going to institute and spend money, install maya or 3ds max and follow any youtube tutorial and see if you stick to your interest then go to institute. Also check salary and job opportunity.

You get jobs based on skills not degree certificates learn any modelling software such as maya or 3ds max on youtube and see if you like it if so then proceed. Studios dont care if you are civil engineer or IT or chemical engineer all they see is how good you are with modelling and animation software.
