The most memorized Juz or Para of Quran is Juz number 30 because it consists of Surahs which are short in length so they are easy to learn and remember. During the time period of the Prophet (Peace be Upon Him) the Quran was only divided on the basis of Surahs.

You can Read Quran Here Slowly with proper Understand. Melodious and Fast Recitation of Holy Quran. Every Para Divide 1-7 and 8-20 minutes. The Series also has English Translation so that you can benefit from the translation.
