I had a very strict Christian upbringing, but had finally broken free from all of the embedded programming. Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Pantheism are by far the most peaceful religions. I'm agnostic, but I do incorporate these religions into my life. You may say, how can one do this if one is agnostic? Well, it's no different than adopting character traits from movie characters. Everything we experience plays a major role on how we think, act, live. We get to choose which ones we want to represent.
I appreciate your information. But certain people talk about Hinduism in the wrong manner, that hurts. Nobody is pressed to follow our culture but it is better not to criticize
According to the ancient Greek: In ancient times, the gods sent 2 races of philosophers to earth to guide us on our journey from savage to human; to the eastern races they sent the Hindus, to the western races they sent the Hebrews. We can add an upgrade: as the teachings became corrupted, reformers were sent; to the east, the Buddha, to the west, the Christ.

You can also understand the philosophies and teachings of these religions .Meditation , yoga and Asans and even mantras ( for calm mind ) .
All these things are 100 % correct , though denied by western hypocrites .

Totally untrue dont fool yourselfs..the only book of the Qur'an guidance to all mankind from the Almighty through his prophet ...
