It’s surely one of the most beautiful pavilions.
one of my favorites along with UK, France, Japan and Germany

i have been waiting Love this pavilion
We saw a really great quebecois band there last year during Food and Wine Fest!
They have some great bands play on this stage!
So to explain ice wine, wine makers leave the grapes on the vines until the first frost comes. It’s a tricky thing to do because the grapes can actually rot some years before the frost comes but when they get it right I’m told the wine it makes is amazing. I’ve never had it because I don’t like wine but I’m told it’s really sweet. As a Canadian I’m actually offended they are charging $5 for a coffee crisp. You can buy one that size for about $1.50 us up here.
