This was the area that made me love gaming. The tutorial had me stuck for a few days, so when I finally made it to the first area it blew my 7-year old mind that there was this huge sea of green like nothing I had ever seen. It truly felt like an adventure
I love how this feels both mysterious but also like the start of your journey. Like you dont know what lies ahead of you but youre journey has just now begun.
I remember in this area there was a criminal guy with ton of power, and you needed a decent team to face him, otherwise in a few turns you'd be dead. I forgot the name though.
@@audacity0001His name is Medal-Dealer Joe. He has the eyes of a Lambeosaurus and a mouth of an Anatotitan. And after finishing the story of Fossil Fighters, Medal-Dealer Joe will be at the Park Area selling Tryma fossil rocks.
Dude... Digadigamid flashbacks here. Little ol’ me wasn’t allowed to use internet, and for some reason, even though I dug everywhere I could in the treasure chamber, kept missing the spot I had to dig. Then a friend at school who just happened to have the game told me, and I flipped out when it worked. And that is how I spent nearly two years training all the early Vivosaur in the game to level 12 and wiped the floor with the rest of the game. Still loved the game to death anyways.
I’m pretty confident it’s meant to be an uilleann pipe. It has less of a drone than highland pipes, so it sounds similar to what you’re suggesting. The greenhorn plains seem inspired by Ireland in appearance and theme so I don’t see why they’d use an instrument from a region that’s not even remotely close to there
@@thecanadiandane7262 It’s absolutely intended to be a pipe- and it certainly sounds more akin to Uilleann pipe than a highland. It’s just a low-quality DS sound font version of it lol. You can even the pipe stutter in between notes.
Imo, Champions was the best of the three games. The original was also very good, but Champions took everything great about the original and improved upon it (better graphics, adding more vivosaurs, making a more fun battle system, and including post-game cameos of old characters). *My rankings of the games, best to worst:* FFC FF FFF (Frontier) I highly recommend buying one and giving it a play! Just not FFF though. FFF can go die in a fire.
I like the original the best, mainly because I think that the originals battle system is the best out of the series, but I love FFC too, but FFF was just plain bad
Every time I hear dig site music, I always insert sonar beeps in my head.
And that little tune when you find a fossil.

Such a peaceful and whimsical theme. Personal favourite dig site music from the series.
Honestly whimsical is a perfect description

And that one random ass T-Rex body part and don’t get the head 🤨

This theme has no right to be so good
HOLY SNOT IS THAT A SPORE?
Behold the allmighty Kerb, destroyer of realities and a big fan of oranges
?
Goyle is so good with those support effects.
I cant believe how underrated he is, absolute Goyle fan.
I also remember very rarely digging up Tarbo pieces here
What about all the fucking shanshan pieces you find here?
i loved this theme so much when i was a kid that i'd come here to grind just for the music
I'm sorry but the Witcher who? This is the most epic piece of music in a game ever.
Woah I don't remember it being this good
Corncycle anyone?

This right here pretty much sums up my hole childhood in one song
One of my favourite dig site themes in this.
When I was little (and I would still do this...) I would purposely AVOID the area up at top to get all the available fossils I can get for cleaning.

This also applies to the Avatar series 😉
This was my team for 5 months! They did surprisingly well.
Mime too but I had a spinax instead of a v-raptor
Pure nolstalgia
