Its bc they dont have the “yg swag” anymore. One group in yg that doesnt have this swag is (imma get hate from this 😭 but-) blackpink. Their vibe is more on the cute side 😂 their interviews always sound like they’re doing aegyo voice. No matter how hard they try to put swag into their live performances it just doesn’t resonate well.

They debuted During the peak of social media. 2ne1 debuted in 2009 where youtube wasnt even popular but still they made kpop well known internationally. They were the FIRST KPOP GIRL GROUP in KPOP HISTORY to have a world tour.Without kpop groups like 2ne1 bigbang snsd and super junior you wouldn’t even have groups like blackpink and bts now lol.
