i accept this healing
I watch reiki videos daily and sometimes multiple times a day . Not much has changed. Idk if I'm the only one or if maybe this stuff really helps some people. I'm not completely sure it's helping me but I keep playing them along with multiple other reiki channels. Sometimes I may think I feel energy but I also have noticed if I focus on something long enough your body will respond to whatever you believe is happening. Maybe pseudo effect or something possibly? For example if you truly believe the boogy man is outside waiting for you you will start to have fear ect...same goes for everything else in life. I'm not discrediting reiki by any means . It may really be doing some good. I just don't know if it is for me . I've been receiving reiki for years now with not much change.

Try Rest relaxation reiki for money. For diabetes and health related problems try Quadible integrity and sapien medicine. For pstd try to work on the root cause, this helped a lot and also chakras and fear and anger release. Hope it helps. The most important thing is wherever you'll listen to such videos or reiki try to be in a calm state rather than being desperate. Focus on your breath. Shree Swami Samarth , om Sai Ram 🙏 . Chanting this mantra - Shree Swami Samarth , Om Sai Ram [ search on UA-cam for pronounciation ] for 108 times (1 rosary to 21 ) would help the mosttt, speaking this from personal experience.

okay so here's the story...
a guy,
we met on an app...
spoke for 17 months, through text...
never met in person
he became my best friend...
one day, out of the blue, he betrayed me.
abandoned me. discarded me. replaced me.
over 15 months later,
and I'm still trying to process the loss...
now...
I'm going to be in HIS city. for work.
I can't contact him. he's blocked. it's over.
I know this sounds stalker-ish...

Speaking of trauma I've encountered material talking about generational & transgenerational trauma, such as those connected with holacost survivors in their bloodline, & strong rape connections in bloodline, current life as well as possiblly those who may have encountered sexual astral rape which could be more strongly connected to the lower 2 & not know it that type of trauma supposedly also can get stored in the lower 3 chakras 3rd chakra being connected to will power being disconnected from & 4th chakra (heart) compassion/understanding from what I've came across
Could explain why
Willpower/love/compassion/understanding/communication
Tends to be difficult & why the "tough love" ideolagy came into existence in the first place....?
How should I feel while listening? Relieved, tired, feverish...?
