Well it's a secular show after all...Don't watch it nor any secular TV shows/movies.......Just watch the strickly christian ones.. Anything less makes you a hypocrite...

The reason it'd doing well is that it treats religion with nuance. It's not preachy and shallow like all the moves made by Kirk Cameron and his crowd.
This show is not Biblical. It supports gay and lesbians. God loves them, but that doesn't mean that they can continue to be a gay or lesbian.
