- NOTE: If you are going to buy a piece from Palm Jewellers, know that there will be a "shipping fee" close to $21, which I believe is their actual profit from these "free pieces." So it's not really free, they're just selling it for a lower price point.

How long did it take for your chains to be shipped cuz my order still says delivered and hasnt moved for a while. I ordered it on May 8th and its been a couple of weeks and idk whats going on. I have a question - Is the rope chain also fake or just the pendant?
When I ordered those, it took about a month. A very long time

@@BloxFruitClipZ It updated for me when I placed the order. I was able to keep track of it till it arrived in my mailbox. Hope that helped
@@BloxFruitClipZ The rope is more than likely nickel or cobalt since it sticks to the magnet. It tarnished on me after I wore it like twice

CZ stones, It's set pretty tightly inside the pendant
Did they provide you with a tracking number
Yes they do. You can track your package on their website if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the home page. Under information, you'll see, "track your order." Then you can enter the tracking number to see the status of your package

It did. For me it took about 3-4 weeks for both of them
