Glad you enjoyed it man! More to come soon but in the meantime get out there and pick some nettles 😁 hope you have a good week - Joseph

It’s a real crowd pleaser!
Great video, super knowledge being passed on . Thank you

Great video. Made the soup this weekend and it was lovely!! I added a few italian herbs, though.
Glad you enjoyed it! It’s a regular in my household at this time of year

Souper ( did you see what I did there). 👍

Hey Joseph 👋 Great episode, really enjoyed it ❤ I will be out foraging for the ingredients this week…it looked delicious. Have a blessed week 🙏
Have a great week Vicky! Is there any recipes I’ve mentioned before you’d be interested in?
@ Not sure if you mentioned it before but is there a nice winter loaf of bread you like to make? Or for a sweet treat is there any flapjacks that can use winter foraged goodies?
@vickyf164 Oooh excellent ideas, I’m hoping to make some beautiful flatbreads soon and as for sweet treats, I have an idea that might feature next month! Watch this space 😀
@ brilliant 🤩 I am now in the mood for fresh bread and breakfast flapjacks so I may take a walk into the village Bakers as I don’t have time to bake today. Hopefully the morning rush will be over soon 😊
@vickyf164 Sounds idyllic 🍞 enjoy!
This is awesome
Glad you liked it Ben 😄 more to come over the coming year
Great video!
Thankyou 😁
Aw thanks so much Joseph! What a cool video. You're a great teacher as I feel informed and inspired to go off foraging! Cheers and good luck with the series 🍃
Thanks Georgina! Hope you have fun 😁
Hi Joseph! It's so great to see you back doing the foraging videos! I love to see you just enjoying being outside as well as all the foraging info. You have inspired me this year to try fermenting, so im looking forward to delving into that too! Thanks for doing the hard work that goes into making the videos, it's much appreciated!
Glad you’re going to give fermenting a go! Some of the recipes are going to teach the basics of fermentation keep an eye out for those 😀 have a great week!
Fantastic video as always, will definitely getting out into the Cornish countryside to try this myself - glad you're uploading weekly can't wait to see more!
Thankyou, let me know how you get on!
happy new year
Happy New Year! Lots more to come very soon :)
we’re so back!
Great video Joseph looking forward to the year ahead
Cheers Dan, thanks for the support 😀
Another fantastic video!
Thanks Jess! Looking forward to next weeks
Instantly hungry 😄
😂
Smashed it again Joseph - a beautiful video and very informative. My son wants to go and pick some nettles now! And echoing other comments...yes please on some fermenting content!
Go pick some nettles 😀 if you make the soup let me know how you get on - I think it should be everyone’s first nettle soup 🥣
Happy New Year, looking forward to your videos.
Thanks Mark!
Absolutely awesome video mate!
So much information!, definitely going to try that soup recipe and will also have to try and do my dall masala with the three cornered leek, I always blend garlic and onion as a paste but I'm thinking three cornered leek and wild garlic is going to be great!
All the best!❤
It’s a good thing to make when camping, you can just precook a little pasta, make the soup base and then add your nettles whilst you’re out there!
I also like to add some smoked chilli flakes on cold days to get the blood flowing 🌶️
At around 9:26 a link pops up for wild fermented garlic, but it doesn't show anything when clicked. Was that an old video you have since taken down?
Morning! No the video still exists - if you head to the channel and type in ‘Wild Garlic’ you will find it 😁
@Fieldstudy_ Thank you, I found it, I love fermented foods 😋
Bionic man impersonation!
