Scuba Gear Minecraft mod

The Scuba Gear is a Minecraft mod that introduces a new set of armor to the game. Here are the details of the mod:
Acquisition
Drowned mobs that spawn within a 15-block radius of an ocean ruin have a chance to spawn wearing the Scuba Gear. The different pieces of the gear vary in rarity, with the helmet being the most common (50%), followed by boots (40%), leggings (30%), and chestplate (20%). If a Drowned spawns with a specific piece, it will always have the complete set, meaning if it has scuba leggings, it will also have the boots and helmet.
Abilities and Functionality
Each piece of the Scuba Gear provides a unique ability. However, wearing the gear outside of water will slightly decrease the wearer's speed for each piece worn, with the chestplate and helmet causing the most significant reduction. When the armor is in use, it will take damage every 4 seconds, so it's important to monitor its durability. Note that this damage only applies to the player wearing the gear, not other entities.
a) Helmet
The helmet grants water breathing to the wearer.
b) Chestplate
The chestplate allows the wearer to mine underwater at a normal speed. This ability is not active when the mining fatigue effect is present.
c) Leggings
The leggings provide a slight boost to swim speed for the wearer. Walking speed remains unaffected.
d) Boots
The boots enable the wearer to move faster while walking underwater. This does not affect swim speed.
e) Full Set
Wearing the complete Scuba Gear set provides a bonus of fire resistance. However, instead of the wearer taking damage from fire, the armor itself will take damage at a rate of about twice per second. Use this bonus sparingly!
Statistics
Each piece of Scuba Gear is equivalent to iron armor in terms of durability and protection. Therefore, wearing this gear does not entail significant sacrifices. It also has the same enchantability as iron.
Repairing
When you obtain the Scuba Gear, it may be heavily damaged. You can repair it using iron in the traditional way, either through a crafting table or an anvil. The mending enchantment also works, as expected.
