Beautiful beautiful airplane. You did an increadible job building and painting/paint scheme both inside and out. Especially love the professional well organized look of your dash and panel. Soo many himaxs and minimaxs have panels that look like a kindergarten art project...haphazard layouts that look as if the instruments are just thrown up there wherever no rhyme or reason with some high some low others to the side or near the bottom instead of ordered rows that give a neat and smart appearance that adds to rather than detracts from the overall look and feel of tge aircraft. Yours looks like it was built in a cessna or piper shop and greatly adds to the look. I would be far more apt to trust the builder did a good competent and safe job. If somebody is going to go to the extra mile to make everything perfect on the less meaningful parts not affecting airworthiness then i would think they would be all the more of a perfectionist in all those other critical yet hidden areas...

Pytam z ciekawości, ten Hi-Max którym latasz sam złożyłeś? jakie są przepisy dotyczące UL w Polsce (Niestety jestem dosyć daleko od Polski a chciałbym wiedzieć). Ja jestem w trakcie tworzenia planów Hi-Max'a z kompozytów szklanych i węglowych. Modeluje za pomocą AutoCad'a i jestem prawie na ukończeniu. Użyłem innego profilu skrzydła (USA 35B) i laminatu Carbon-Carbon-Glass-Glass-PVC-Glass-Glass-Carbon-Carbon. Również zmieniłem podwozie na Tri-Gear ze Spring Plate. Używając Rotax 447, po przeliczeniu całość powinna ważyć zaledwie 112 Kg i poprawiłem (teoretycznie) osiągi do Vne 155mph, Vc 105mph, Vf 34mph Wet Wings 6 Imp Gal na skrzydło, Carbon Fibre spars i Flaps 5,15,25'. Musiałem lekko podwyższyć cockpit na Inter Spar Connection, tak żeby nie stracić dobrej widoczności w przód. Ciekaw jestem co sądziśz o takim projekcie? Zamierzam zacząć realizację na jesień tego roku.

Hey bud. Great GOPRO video! I have a HiMax as well. I have the 447. Bought with the 277. Just get it together. Almost ready to fly. Going to do some taxiing this weekend. I got a lot of interior and paint ideas from yours! Just for fun I bought the GEAR VR from Samsung. It take a Note 4 phone and turns it into Virtual Reality. I put your video on my phone and I watch it in 3D and it feels like i'm a the local huge theater screen. You video looks so good like that. Almost feels like I'm flying with you! Thanks for the post. I do believe a person would need a weather report from each end of that runway before planning a flight.
Kind of worrisome actually how long the takeoff roll is, and how slow the climb, something not right there.

Ja swoją licencje robiłem w Czechach. Ze względu na bardziej przyjazne przepisy wiele osób właśnie tam uczy się pilotażu.
