I have read a lot of comments about the lackluster quality of Shadowlands music, but I have also read some reviews that argued that the music is more explicitly ambient in nature than other music. All I know is that I like these tracks. They all have personality though it’s not overstated or necessarily bombastic. I like previous expansion music too, but this music is by no means inferior nor crude. For much of Shadowlands music, it is the perfect background music to accompany the landscape and narrative. But when it really comes down to it, it’s all just art, and our interpretation and understanding of that art is part and parcel to our enjoyment of that art. This music inspires me, and that’s good enough for me to enjoy it.

There exists no lackluster music in WoW.

22:28 that's the sound I think when talking about markets... very Eastern like, Aladdin and stuff. With a vibe of old Yugioh games with Egyptians and pharaohs

In game that was interesting experience. You go up to the hill then you see Boralus and this music plays. Beautiful

This music reminds me of old wow. An adventure, fun bosses , low stakes. No world ending threat, just some pirate dragon and a crazy business lady.

@@karankenZ i agree with you however if by business lady u mean So'leah, she was trying to cause major shit within shadowlands and even azeroth. But i get what u mean, great segment!

man if they snuck in some more zones like Ahn'qiraj or theramore that'd be funny. or just flat out Vol'dun and Serralis is like 'THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

@@TheEel228 I like that idea. I already love how we go to Kul-tiras and stormheim. It was built up to be an epic chase of So'leah, so having more zones would have been cooler. It is what it is.

@@preds43 But it has much less views than BfA music (it was discussed in comments under Korthia music). And probably it's not only because people aren't very interested in Shadowlands: as for me, I wasn't interested in BfA but still listen to many of its soundtracks.
