For those detractors whining about this being "fiction", I'd like to remind you that 99% of hollywood films are just that. We're here for entertainment, NOT a history lesson.

!!HE VISTO LOS ACTORES:SCOTT BRADY,DONALD BARRY,RICHAR JAEKEL,INCLUSIVE ROY ROGERS DESEMPEÑAR EL PERSONAJE DE BILLY THE KID.
PERO CREO QUE QUE MEJOR LO HECHO HA SIDO:AUDIE MURPHY.,POR LA SERIEDAD QUE LE HA PUESTO A ESTE PERSONAJE,IGUAL PARECIDO DE CARACTER, FUÉ EN LA OELICULA:BALA SIN NOMBRE CON EL MISMO SOMBRERO.!!

AUDIE MURPHY'S FIRST MOVIE WAS " TO HELL AND BACK " AFTER HIS HEROIC WAR DETAILS WHERE HE SINGLE-HANDEDLY TOOK CONTROL OF THE TANK AND DESTROYED THE ENEMY. AFTER THAT HE ACTED MOSTLY IN WESTERNS IS THIS THE FIRST ONE. HIS BEST WESTERN I LIKE IS " GUNFIGHT AT COMANCHE CREEK " I HAVE WATCHED THAT 15 TIMES

Audie Murphy had a very rare depth of character, courageous, a war hero extraordinaire and a great actor too. His films are great, he’s charismatic, entertaining and likeable. Bravo Audie Murphy!!!

Great war hero. Not so much as an actor. The movie? Pure fiction.

I don’t think he was really “acting” though and was more “reliving” his experiences. John Wayne never shot real bullets at another human.

Lol. Most westerns are, but we like them regardless of their historical importance. Just a movie...
