7:10 Personalization is one of the most powerful and important elements of setting up pre-suasion (hospitality, omotenashi). Give something that’s both _meaningful_ and _unexpected._
18:03 What’s top of mind guides our behavior thereafter. What’s the first thing people see on the landing page on your website? What’s your strength, central element of appeal of the message you want to send and put top of mind? Does it reflect the idea of quality as opposed to price, or reliability?

Yeah, a woman with her child tricked me recently. I only donated to her because of the child. In less than a hour later that same afternoon that same woman with the child pounced upon me again and was asking for money. When I told her i just give her donation. She said that i didn't. Sometimes these people doesn't remember you for your kindness. Just saying before you make a decision think twice.

That's why sincerity and honesty are so important. I'd bet if this situation happened again, but in a different context where you trusted, say a friend with their child, to have integrity you would give even more if they needed help.

Hi sir, i think that if that host being a bit quite and let our quest be the speaker, here, i makes him miserable because inviting him on to the stage and not letting him speak makes things worse and we can't get value for him being there.
