You must use software for that. See 3:29 for Excel and R formulas for the p-value.
May I ask you, what if f statistics is equal to f critical value, should i reject null hypothesis or accept it?
You should reject Ho only if F-stat is greater than F-critical. You might want to use more decimal places in your calculations.
