Habakkuk 2:2b-20 “The LORD’s Encouragement to His People and Warnings to His Enemies”

Habakkuk presumed that God’s people were ignoring Him. In this second and final response we find that those who truly belong to the LORD continually live by faith in Him. Those who do not do this are unbelievers. The LORD warns unbelievers about what is coming upon them and why.
