The BEST way to MOISTURE the hair is to MIST the Hair FIRST then USE OIL to SEAL in the MOISTURE from the WATER,ROSE WATER, RICE WATER, CLOVE WATER ETC. Please DO NOT use any other LIQUID outside of Regular water or Rose water on your hair if you are a Novice or Amateur.
