WaW verruckt is better
Plus I prefer the “US marine characters” more than the Dempsey Nikolai Takeo Richtofen etc etc because they were the “original characters” for verruckt and there “quotes” were more badass than the other characters quotes so I think it was really stupid and annoying that they added random characters to this map and nacht der untoten
The first time I played verruckt it scared the shit out of me

Verrukt was the scariest shit back in the day, especially if you found the secret audio
Verruckt was pre-lore so there was just random shit put in that no one had no idea could mean anything, like the Lost numbers station, random ass ballroom music playing when power gets turned on, Perk Machines (with posters for them for whatever reason on the walls), random nonsense scribbled in blood, disembodied ghost voices, TELEPORTING BOX WITH A TEDDY BEAR, FUCKING SPRINTING ZOMBIES?!? Was mysterious and terrifying with no other motives, pure zombies and atmosphere.
Those shots of World at War verruckt give me such chills. Verruckt is probably the most RAW zombies ever got.

@@seggsylittlemanringocp3.015I think he means that the later iterations of Verrückt were objectively better for having a more polished engine and better graphics. However those objectively true facts lower the creep factor because it’s not as unhinged. Apart from gameplay Verrückt’s goal was to scare, and by watering down the map’s visuals it fell short of that somewhat. Bo3 fails on that but WaW does well in both goals: horror and gameplay. Therefore objectively the WaW version is better.
I remember the first World at War map pack downloading in the morning when it was released getting home after school and playing the shit out of it. Great times when zombies and call of duty was actually fun and addicting.

Back when Zombies was fucking scary. Verruckt is still my favorite map to this day. Everyone loves Der Riese because it's everyone's favorite, mine included, but Verruckt is my exclusive favorite from World At War.

Verrückt is a very scary map and hard map because there's not that much camping space like if u agree
It is really easy to die cus of small corridors, but the traps are OP if u are an experienced player. Otherwise good luck
In Verrückt I would try to camp where the kitchen is and leave the door where power is closed and the zombies would only come I front of me

The last map to introduce the Marines, most of them died, except Dempsey and another one. so R.I.P but also...the "I love it when you're weeping" is just showing how much the Devs wanted this to be difficult and a step up from NACHT!
