दोस्तों यह है kwid गाड़ी मात्र 37000 किलोमीटर के आसपास चली हुई थी इस गाड़ी के अंदर कस्टमर ने सीएनजी किट फिट कार्रवाई हुई थी जिसकी वजह से गाड़ी में आराम आराम से पिकअप का इशू आना स्टार्ट हो गया था गाड़ी का एक्सीलेटर देने के बाद भी गाड़ी पिकअप नहीं पड़ती थी ऐसी ऑन कर देने पर तो गाड़ी बहुत ही ज्यादा इंजन वाइब्रेशन करने लगता था और बंद हो जाती थी बार-बार
काम स्पीड में गाड़ी अगर एक ऑन कर दो तो पिकअप तोड़कर बंद हो जाती थी इंजन वाइब्रेशन होकर।
जब मैं इस गाड़ी का रोड टेस्ट किया 1 किलोमीटर के अंदर ही गाड़ी में चार बार इंजन ऑफ हो गया और चेक इंजन लाइट भी आ गई गाड़ी के अंदर फिर इस गाड़ी का हमने इंजन ओपन किया ओपन करने के बाद इंजन के अंदर तीनों पिस्टन पिस्टन रिंग बर स्लीव कनेक्टिंग रोड बेरिंग में बेरिंग थ्रस्ट वारसल ब्लॉक और सिर का फेस सिर के अंदर वल सेल सेट गाइड और सिर की फेंसिंग सारा काम हमने करवाया और गाड़ी का हेड गास्केट नया चेंज किया कूलेंट की एल्बो भी हमने इसके अंदर नहीं रिप्लेस की।
गाड़ी के अंदर जो पुराना सामान निकला था गाड़ी के अंदर जैसे स्पार्क प्लग ओके थे तो हमने उनको चेंज नहीं किया और सबसे में और इंपोर्टेंट चीज़ तो इसमें मैं बताना भूल ही गया गाड़ी की टाइमिंग किट भी हमने रिप्लेस की टाइमिंग किट के अंदर क्रैक का गियर गेम की दोनों के पुलिस टाइमिंग चैन एडजेस्टर और दोनों ब्लैक कलर के इसपॉकेट हमने इसमें चेंज किए थे।
सारा काम कंप्लीट करने के बाद जब गाड़ी का इंजन स्टार्ट हो गया तो हमने गाड़ी के एसी कंडेंसर और रेडिएटर को भी अच्छे से क्लीन किया।
गाड़ी का हैंड ब्रेक भी हमने एडजस्ट किया थोड़ा सा टाइट कर दिया था इसके बाद गियर लीवर पर भी हमने गिरीस की थी।
इसके बाद हमने गाड़ी का ऑटोमेटिक फन चेक किया 99 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर फन चल गया और गाड़ी बिल्कुल ओके हो गई 4 से 5 घंटे हमने गाड़ी को राम किया इसके बाद गाड़ी रोड टेस्ट करने के बाद गाड़ी कस्टमर साहब को दे दे वीडियो अगर अच्छी लगे तो चैनल को जरूर सब्सक्राइब करो दोस्तों जय हिंद जय भारत

The bearing thrust varsal block and the face of the head in the bearing sleeve connecting rod bearingWe got all the work done inside the valve set guide and head fencing and changed the head gasket of the car and also did not replace the coolant elbow inside it.
The old stuff that was found inside the car like the spark plugs were ok so we did not change them and the most important thing is that I have forgotten to mention the timing kit of the car. We also replaced the cracked gear inside the timing kit.
