has anyone else been struggling to read recently?? 😭
Me! 🥹
@@Amishathakur_ it’s so frustrating!!
I was so constant with reading in the first two months of the year and suddenly March was so empty! Couldn’t find the motivation 😭
@@rardeag me too! i think im mentally tired this month so have gone for more mindless relaxation like tv rather than focussing on a book
@@CocoDay same 😭
Loved Babel and Good Material! Will try Notes on an Execution thank you for this!
i used to watch you 5years ago your first ever videos, glad you still making your chill vlog videos
omg hi again! tysm :)) editing another video for this week rn!
@@CocoDay nice , good luck ^^
I loooved „good material“ and hated „really good actually“ so much 🙈
So funny, I bought the German version of „hot milk“ on a flew market yesterday. Can’t wait to read it!
omg really! it’s so hot or miss with those kinds of books 😮💨 i hope you enjoy hot milk!!
love your vidoes xoxo
thanks sweetie xxx
omg 50k !!!! congrats gal
ty sweetheart! 💗💗
50k!!!!! 🥳congrats i’ve loved ur channel since a while now
tysm!! 🫶🏼💗
I really loved Ghosts by Dolly Alderton, but it's more geared towards people in their 30s (me lol). Trying to get Good Material from the library.
oh ok! i’ll still give it a go :)
Hi Coco happy Sunday afternoon and I hope you having amazing day today and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter
happy sunday!!!
I’m also reading Babel right now!! I really like it but you’re right, it’s sooo long and heavy and it’s taking me forever to finish as well 🥲 I also had to take a break from it and decided to read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow, which I really enjoyed! I hope you have a lovely April 🫶🏻
tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow is a great break book, i found the pace pretty fast even tho it’s set over decades! i’m kind of sad that babel isnt easier for me, the story is great but the reading experience is making me not like it as much ://
@@CocoDay Yess I feel exactly the same! Was thinking 5 stars when I started but my rating’s definitely gone down a bit :( What’s helped me has been listening to it partly in audio format (the narration is amazing) and I honestly think I prefer the audiobook!
@@Sofia-vd5ie ooo that’s a good idea, might help me take in the information better!
ninth house was really good!! it just takes a while to get into it. I hope you like it:)
for sure! i’m 100 pages in and have only just started to understand things 😮💨
Finished the discomfort of evening a while ago and i absolutely hated it lol, the unnecessary incest and animal cruelty was too much for me although i did like the neurodivergent experience because i related to a lot of it, still, very triggering sometimes
i don’t think it was unnecessary! i think it showed exactly what happens when a child is not educated about their own body, they get curious is all!
i definitely understand how it can be triggering tho, it’s very intense because you can’t escape her mind
@@CocoDay oh i hadn't thought about it like that but you're right! I loved the ending tho
@@loimi666 i think because we are always in her mind, there is no adult explanation so it’s so understandable to think it’s disgusting
i definitely felt uncomfortable reading it but it is quite believable since they were so religious!
and yes the ending was gorgeous 🫶🏼
Is there a UA-camr of a similar vibe that reads non-fiction? I love your videos but can’t relate to the book recommendations 😂
no idea sorry, i don’t enjoy non fiction so don’t watch those videos 😬
