@JRCKFSH haha I’ve been dunking for 15 years and my knees are good. If you’re smart you can have the body adapt to what you do. Learning about how the body works is a passion of mine, and we have lots of great research now days. For most other people dunking I get the worry. And I appreciate the concern. But I will live a good long healthy life, even with all this jumping. I’m not sacrificing any of my future with how I do things. Much appreciated tho my guy! 🙌

@@ivanriverajr5012 Isiah isn't the goat, he hasn't been in the game as long as Jordan and half the dunks he does came from Jordan. Jordan invented over 100 dunks, I can barely think of any great dunks Isiah invented. Definitely one of the greats, but he's definitely not the goat. He's the best of THIS generation, and even that is debatable, but there were many great dunkers that came before him that were even better than him.

but as usual there were more high level skill dunks than 'regular' skill dunks.

Luckily I’ve met and learned from some of the best in the world. I’m 31, been dunking consistently (including 8ft rims) for about 16-17 years and feeling great 👍 😁
@@dmitriynesterkin5672 this type of thinking is rediculous. First of all, he knows better than anyone how to land. Second of all, everyones bodies are f#cked at 60. Third of all, he's living life. Fourthly, a so called specialist would have no benefit in this regard. Fifth, he can sit down at 60 and watch his highlight reel, then he can hobble through to his fridge, but he wouldnt trade it for the world. Sixth, he's a big boy, he doesn't need you to tell him what he should be doing, he can weigh up the risk/reward on his own.

Anybody engaged in a sport professionally would do oneself well to mitigate or negate common stress points via recovery, nutrition, therapy, etc. That's all I mentioned and it sounds like Jordan has it covered. There will be life after dunking and it goes without saying that it is better to have a higher-quality one than not.
I say get rid of the dunk contest and just have Jordan do some dunks for the crowd at the AS game. WAY BETTER!

NBA listen up. For all star weekend put 4 NBA players against 4 Pro Dunkers. Then we'll see the NBA players try harder and we'll see a clear distance between the two groups. Also bail on the 50 point system. Establish something more akin to gymnastics scoring.
