Thanks Dan! Just bought this PLC used off of Ebay and ran power to VD+ and VD-. I was getting an error when trying to use internal bits to turn on the Inputs and outputs. Now I realize i need to add field power. BTW this is Joe from Ivy Tech, and now from Heartland.
I have 8.6V across all outputs and C . Is this correct? When output 0 is activated we have 24V. But thr 8.7 is causing confusion here in our workshop , thanks

If you want your inputs and outputs to work, yes. If are just using the processor to control Ethernet devices then no.
