Did the red pepper that was placed in the grease add flavor or does it stop the grease from burning? This looks great, I’m gonna try it. I have it everytime I go to a Jamaican restaurant but I’m ready to make it at home. Thanks.

It sometimes add a little flavour to the oil it’s optional, I added it cause I want to know on hot my oil is❤️
