I just ordered mine and judging by this video I made a good decision. This is my favorite version of the batmobile. It looks fast and dangerous which is what the batmobile should be.
+Jeff Starr You won't regret it! It's a super cool sculpt and the BvS Batmobile is quickly becoming one of my favorites too. Have fun putting it together. It's not too bad. As I mentioned in the video, the back end with the break drums can be a little tricky to install. You sorta have to set them in place and screw the top and bottom parts of the body together. Also, be sure the bigger axel goes with the front tires. That was another mistake I made. Let me know how it goes! Good luck and thanks for watching. Take it easy.
Looks like a great product, Richard! I totally agree it could probably benefit from a paintjob and some weathering. That would give it a lot more presence. It looks like the best representation out there up till now. Better get saving for the Hot Toys one!
+Barry Murray Thanks, Barry! I'll be honest, that Hot Toys version is probably the first HT vehicle I've ever considered. If it is anything like the actual promo video that I saw, then that thing is going to be awesome! This is a cool model too. I bet you guys could work wonders with some paint apps if you got a hold of it. Definitely a great sculpt but some minor touches would really bring it to life. Thanks for watching, buddy. Great to hear from you!
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile No worries Richard. If you want me to do a weathering job on one, let me know. Also, did you see the Hot Toys Sixth Scale Delorean is out in Hong Kong? That will be another incredible piece to have.
This is probably the most impressive dawn of justice collectible I've seen so far Richard!! Like you, i figured it would be a stylised chunky design for the car but I was pleasantly surprised that it's so movie accurate. So much detail both exterior and interior and that price??? What a must have for any batman or batmobile fan. Yeah it could maybe use some paint apps but to be honest it looks awesome as is. It was fun to see the sped up construction too hehe. Thanks for sharing Richard, another great review!!
+stewmurray47 Hey! Thanks as always for your support, my friend. This Batmobile is even more impressive in person. I am glad that it is a literal model and not a stylized version. I can wait for the Cosbaby version to have an unusual take on this Batmobile in my collection. I'm definitely going to keep this one the way it is and not add any paint apps but, considering how inexpensive it is, I am toying with the idea of getting another one and having it customized. We'll just wait and see what the Hot Wheels version is going to look like first. There's also Eagelmoss to consider. They'd be crazy not to release one! I've really become a big fan of this new Batmobile. I've gone from thinking it was kinda neat to absolutely loving it! Thanks again! Talk to you soon.
+stewmurray47 Hey, its Stew!! How ya been? I could not agree with you more! This thing is awesome. I am thinking about getting one, but am going to watch all of this review first before making my final decision.
I would still completely disassemble making new instructions or filming as i go so can reassemble it later, for now it's time to break out the spray paint. A coat or two of primer, then maybe several coats of metallic finish so it has a little bit of thickness. Holding the spray can or paint gun further from the surface than usual, going over the metal finish lightly with several shades of blue and grey (for tonal and color variation) gradually building up a layer just thick enough to conceal the metallic finish. if it does not look dark enough, doing the same with black until it does is also an option. At this point (after completely drying) it would be time to reassemble the bat-mobile Next something sharp and thin (needle or scalpel) so I can add little shallow nicks and scratches, just deep enough for the metallic finish to be visible being careful not to go through metallic finish. I might have to leave it to gather a sufficient amount of dust or try using some powdered concrete, after which I would try to spray on a thin coat of transparent sealant, however finding the "Goldilocks" zone for spraying it on can be tricky but getting a complete even coating with out blowing (all) the dust off does seem worth it, this way it can be covered in dust/dirt but when some one wipes their finger on it, it comes away clean yet when the feather duster comes out, the model will retain it appearance. The end result will be much more realistic, looking weathered and as though used in battle, hopefully with very little visual difference between the model and the actual bat-mobile.
+Matt W Wow! Thank you so much. That is all excellent advise. I could use suggestions like that because I've never really done a customization like this before. Believe it or not, I had just purchased a second model of this Batmobile with the intention of having it as a summer project. If I do end up improving it with some paint apps, I'll be sure to post some pictures or maybe even do an update video. Thanks for watching and thank you so much for the directions. Take it easy!
Nice reviews! Since I saw you on youtube, I bought 7 Batmobiles. I've started with Batman: The animated series (my favorite), then the one from '89 with The Batwing of course, Batman Forever, Batman & Robin and Batman Begins, all from Eaglemoss. And now I've ordered this Batmobile from Jada Toys. I can't wait! It's a realy nice model. Keep up the good work! PS: The tires should have that V shape in front, not in the back, so they can have traction.
Hello! Thanks for the compliment. It's funny because, back when I first started collecting Batmobiles, I pretty much only had the Hot Wheels versions of the models you just listed. Hot Wheels are great but I do love this Eagelmoss line. Are you planning to get any more? Thanks for the tip about the tires on my Jada! I know I already said it in the video but I am terrible at assembling models. Appreciate it ! Thanks for watching. Take it easy!
+JohnSTF72 Hey! Thanks!! Yeah, one of my other subscribers had mentioned that the Jada is definitely a 1/24 scale. Your right. This really is a hot item and I think a lot of it has to do with the low price. I've had quite a few emails from viewers asking about it. Did you manage to get one? Thanks for watching. Take it easy!
+TheBudgetJedi Wow! Thank you so much. Been watching you channel off and on for a long time. Always appreciate the support. Thanks for watching! Take care.
+bubby14 I couldn't agree more! It's a brilliant sculpt. Looks so accurate. I have not seen any preview pics of the Hot Wheels version. I typically don't get the Batmobiles in that scale. The '89 that I featured in this video is the only one that I have in my collection. Have you seen the preview video for the Hot Toys version? That thing is crazy cool but it is also crazy expensive. Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment. Take it easy!
+Carlo Cevallos Me too! I'm doing everything I can to stay away from trailers and news about the film. Trying to be as surprised as possible when I actually get to sit back and enjoy it. Thanks for watching! Take it easy.
+Carlos Arce Thanks, Carlos! I know I've said it a dozen times but I love this one too! It's so well made for the price. Happy to hear you have one in your collection. Take it easy. Thanks for watching!
+Chapman Films It really is cool! One of my new favorites. I'm glad it didn't have too many pieces or this thing would have stayed in the box. I'm glad I was able to put it together. Thanks for watching, buddy. Take it easy!
+AJ SUPER TOYLAND Hey, AJ! I do too and this was a fun Batmobile to assemble. Do you have any other Bat-vehicles in your collection beyond the Imaginext "Arkham Asylum" Batmobile? Thanks for watching! Take it easy.
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile I have just the one Imaginext for now. I know there is a sale at Toys R US so i might pick one up and add it to my collection.
+eldo59 I LOVE this model. Surprisingly, I had never even heard of Jada before I picked this one up. As I said in the video, it's currently one of my favorite Batmobile models and for very good reason. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment.
I bought two of them .. they have the grey primer as I believe this one is in your video, and I also bought the black one .. I bought them off eBay .. The prices range anywhere between $19.00 US dollar to around $28.00 which includes shipping adding in the higher prices .. I just found this one looking for new Batman diecast .. I was very impressed with the amount of metal in this car .. The whole upper half is all metal .. and the fenders and bottom chassis is plastic .. Its a level 2 model which is very basic .. But you have to really do as you said refer to the pictures elsewhere .. I just looked at the box .. The manual is somewhat vague so pay close attention to it .. The axles have the size written on the instructions .. Like you the brakes were a little tricky .. Since I've done one now I think I could whip one together fairly fast ha! .. All the eBay listing are showing this car as a 1:24 scale .. Pretty big for the price I think .. I've been a Batman fan since the 60's .. So its always cool when something new comes out with this quality .. The eBay sellers I buy from are good size companies .. They pack your items well and shipping is pretty fast .. Thanks for putting this video out here .. I enjoyed your collection as well .. I must say I don't display many of my 1/18 Hot wheel editions .. they're neatly stored away to admire from time to time .. I'm on the road way too much that I don't have time to keep them like I want to .. Once I retire I have glass cabinets I have bought so I can enjoy them displayed .. Again enjoyed ya video and was glad to see someone else putting the model together ..
Hey! Sorry about the delay. I've been out of the UA-cam loop for most of the summer. Thanks for leaving such a great comment. Yeah, I discovered recently that Jada released a black version of this model. I still want to pick that one up. I did get a second grey version with the intention of giving it a custom paint job but I just haven't had the time (work and being on the road also gets in the way). I currently only have a few large scale Batmobiles like this one. I'd love to get some of the other 1/18 scale Batmobiles but I just don't have the space. However, I like your idea of just going ahead and getting them, taking them out to admire once in a while, and then displaying them once I retire or settle down in one location. Thanks again for taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it. Take it easy!
+zefshaw 13 Thanks! I sometimes think I should change it up but it's become an expected part of my videos. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment! Take it easy.
Great model! I live in the UK and had to order it from Germany but was still only £28. One thing i noticed, i don't know if you have but you put the exhaust on backwards. Love the reviews keep it up!
+Reece smith Yeah, the back end gave me so much trouble when I was assembling it but I finally got it together. Glad to hear you were able to get one too. It's such a great model and this design of the Batmobile has become one of my favorites. Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to comment. Take care!
+maddwoba Thanks, maddwoba! Yeah, I think this model is sorta flying under the radar because most of the attention is going to those die cast figures. It's very cool and I've really grown to like this new Batmobile. See you on the Tube! Take care.
+blackbat22 Hey, blackbat22! Isn't this a cool model of the BvS Batmobile?!? Thanks for sharing the info about the scale. I was looking all over the box trying to find it. I must have overlooked it, LOL!! This is one of only three "bigger" Batmobiles in my collection and I love it. Every time I look at this new design of the Batmobile, I like it more and more. Do you have many others in your collection? Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Take it easy!
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile I know right, this car is amazing and by far the bet representation of the car than what Mattel made. I have a small batmobile collection, I have the Mattel SDCC arkham knight batmobile and I have a few of the hot wheels 1/50 batmobiles. I had to search online to jada's website for the scale.
I bought it @ toys r us, they had quite a few just the other day & they cost $20. I put it together & it's sitting pretty next to my Michael Keaton batman
I just ordered one of those. I plan on dry brushing some black on it and use silver paint on the edges to simulate scrapped off paint. The sculpt is amazing but it just look too brand new as it is. I might also try to match the grey paint and fill in the bars on the windows. Possibly even paint the inside part of the window black so it look like the movie one. Just little things that will move it further from toy looking and more movie collectible.
I got one at my local toy's r us. Standing alone by itself. I feel it was out of place, and surprised the price is USD 19.99. Definitely a steal. Thanks for the review. I'm excited to assemble them.
Awesome! Glad to hear you found one. You're gonna love it. It could use a few more outer paint apps but it is still one of my favorite pieces in my collection. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
Hi. Nice video, I assembled mine yesterday. I noticed that your exhaust is on backwards though... if you turn it around it has the jet exhaust on the other side. Sorry if someone has already told you about that.
+Evan Smith Thanks for the heads up about the exhaust! Do you like the model? Did you have any trouble assembling yours? I think it is so cool. Any other Batmobiles in your collection? Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Take it easy!
I haven't built mine yet, but I think you have the front tyre on backwards. Great video tho and nice to see the model up against other Batmobile models.
Great review man. There is another RC batmobile by Air Hogs. I guess both Jada and Air Hogs are the detail batmobile by far ( B V S ) But , I can't wait till Hot Wheel Elite 1/43 , Eaglemoss 1/43 , and hot toys 1/6 ..
+Yongwoo Lee Thank you, Yongwoo! Yes, I have watched a couple of video reviews for the Air Hogs RC version and it is really cool. I've never really purchased an RC vehicle but I am seriously considering getting that one. The model looks great! I'm also considering the Hot Toys and I've never purchased anything that 'high end" before. That also looks incredible and the features are unreal. The Hot Wheels 1/43 and the Eagelmoss versions WILL BE MINE! I'm also hoping we get a 1/18 scale version from Hot Wheels. (It's safe to say that I've become a big fan of this new Batmobile.) Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment.
+Irving Green Cool! You're gonna love this model when it comes in. The rotating table that I use in my videos was found at a local hobby/model shop. I can remember the brand name but it's pretty standard. This BvS Batmobile barely fit on it. I was holding my breath when I was filming that part because I thought it was going to roll off. Thanks for watching and thanks for taking the time to comment. Take it easy!
+诸葛亮 Thank you very much. I have never bought anything from Hot Toys. I love some of the collectibles they've had over the years but I've never really spent that much on one piece in my collection. They are so expensive but you generally get what you pay for. I am seriously considering the Hot Toys BvS Batmobile. I've watched some videos on it and that Batmobile is absolutely incredible!!! It looks like the most accurate model out there and the features are unbelievable. I would love to be able to afford it. I'll let you know if I find a pot of gold or if I can get a loan from Bruce Wayne. Thanks for watching and thank you (again) for the compliment. Take care.
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile Whatever ,I thought your voice sounds good. The hottoys 1/6th Batmobile is real expensive .I still believe you can buy one ,maybe~if the moble really look like the what we saw in that video ,I thought you will do it.Awesome batmobile man!oh,I am a chinese .nice to see you!
+Mohamed Eizzuddin Thanks a lot for the compliment. Nice to hear you got one too and "Happy Birthday!" The music that I used was an online adaptation of the Music from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It's basically the score from the first extended trailer that they released. Thanks for watching! Take it easy.
+david fried Hey, David. Sorry. I wish I had seen your comment earlier. I'm glad you figured it out with the axels. I had the same exact problem! It was just natural for me to think that the bigger axel would go with the bigger tires but it was just the opposite. If you look at the clip of me assembling it in this video, there's a point where I place the axels in the body to double check it. Do you like the model? I love it! Are you planning on picking up any other versions of the BvS Batmobile? Thanks for watching! Take it easy.
+prototypex11z Definitely not. I can't think of a figure that would fit in the seats. Plus, it's hard to see but the panels in the cockpit are cut short so there'd be no place for the legs to go. Still, it's a pretty cool model. Thanks for watching!
+Impossible Pie I found the figures in my local Toys R Us but I ordered the Batmobile from a company called Die Cast Car Store through their eBay page. Very inexpensive, fair shipping cost, and it arrived within a couple of days. Are you thinking about getting one?
+Sammy LK I saw that Big Bad Toy Store has one by Hot Wheels for pre-order. They haven't released any promo images so we don't really know what it looks like. Their 1/50 scale was not bad but it was also a little underwhelming. I'm going to wait and see what it looks like before I order one. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching. Take it easy!
+Dig B Not quite. The figures are a little too small. I left an image of the two of them together for you on my Instagram page. Let me know what you think! instagram.com/arkham89
I really love this and your vids!! how much does this retail for and do they have these in ToysRUs? I also recommend that you check out the Dorbz Rides Batmobile from Batman v Superman.
+Funko POPS!! PH Wow! Thanks for the compliment and thank you for watching. I still have not seen this model in stores in my area but I only paid about $20 for it online. I'm seriously considering the Dorbz version of the Batmobile. I've never bought any of the figures but their take on this Batmobile looks pretty cool. Thanks again. Take it easy!
+Kolby Lego Productions No. I don't think it is big enough and the cockpit/cabin does not have enough space at the bottom for situating legs. It's still a cool looking model. Are you planning to pick one up?
There are several photographic references for this on Flickr. Here's one example from Diecastcarsgroup. Add modelling skills (his copy has been custom painted and given the weathering / battle scars effect and photography skill and my my... WoW! You won't believe it's a Jada Toys. This is the link www.flickr.com/photos/diecastcarsgroup/albums/72157668500433805
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing the link. Those images are great!! I know that if this Jada model had more paint detail it would be even more incredible. It looks so cool. This model has so much potential. Thanks again! Take it easy.
+Joshthecoolz It's relatively inexpensive. I mentioned at the end of the video that I paid around $20 for it. I typically see it listed for sale around that price.
+Uzair Bukhari Haha! Yeah, it's a toss up for me. We were introduced to both at around the same time and I think some people actually though that Rocksteady took some hints from this Batmobile for theirs. I LOVE the Arkham Asylum Batmobile but my two favorites to drive around in Gotham during free roam are the Arkham Knight and the BvS skins.

+Arkham89 - The Batmobile It is a beautiful machine!
I would still completely disassemble making new instructions or filming as i go so can reassemble it later, for now it's time to break out the spray paint.

Take it easy!
your video was the best on this piece. Great job!
very cool I am loving this piece
+Jamie Evans Thanks Jaime! Always appreciate the support from my Superfriends.
Great, great diecast Batmobile. The scale looks closer to 1/24 rather than 1/18 btw.
This will be a shout after item, especially for such a low price.
Did you manage to get one?

hey bro, your escape from your batmobile, this the other way round, its so cool this bat!!!
my favorite batmobile is the Arkham Knight one
Awesome review as always!!!
+TheBudgetJedi Wow! Thank you so much. Been watching you channel off and on for a long time. Always appreciate the support. Thanks for watching! Take care.
Look like a brilliant alternative to paying $150.00+ for the Hot Wheels version.

This is indeed a fantastic model.
Bought a few, matte blacked one before I built it, voila....nice!
Great batmobile vids.
some silver paint (for weathering) and that thing will look amazing o.O
love the intro man
+zefshaw 13 Thanks! I sometimes think I should change it up but it's become an expected part of my videos.

It's such a great model and this design of the Batmobile has become one of my favorites. Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to comment. Take care!
Brilliant--I have not seen this before--thanks for sharing
+maddwoba Thanks, maddwoba! Yeah, I think this model is sorta flying under the radar because most of the attention is going to those die cast figures. It's very cool and I've really grown to like this new Batmobile.
See you on the Tube! Take care.
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile I searched online. This model is still up for pre-ordered for like below 50$. Where did u buy one.
Ve nco I bought it months ago. Cheap but nice model
I have the black version! While not accurate, it's actually really cool to have Ben's batmobile in black
Hi Arkham89, great review. I got this one myself a week ago and I can't put it down. Also this model is 1/24 scale.
+blackbat22
Hey, blackbat22!
+allen morales Awesome! It's a really cool model - especially for the price. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment. Take it easy!
nice
I just ordered one of those. I plan on dry brushing some black on it and use silver paint on the edges to simulate scrapped off paint. The sculpt is amazing but it just look too brand new as it is. I might also try to match the grey paint and fill in the bars on the windows. Possibly even paint the inside part of the window black so it look like the movie one. Just little things that will move it further from toy looking and more movie collectible.
Nice
Great video tho and nice to see the model up against other Batmobile models.
what website did order this from? can you help?
+xaviertoybox I ordered mine from a seller on eBay but I believe the name of company's site is JadaToys.com.
Good luck and thanks for watching!
I saw it on Amazon
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile hey buddy great review and nice batmobile I just got mine today at toys r us but keeping it in the package
Great review man. There is another RC batmobile by Air Hogs.
I guess both Jada and Air Hogs are the detail batmobile by far ( B V S )
But , I can't wait till Hot Wheel Elite 1/43 , Eaglemoss 1/43 , and hot toys 1/6 ..
(It's safe to say that I've become a big fan of this new Batmobile.)
Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment.
nice video. Ordering mine now. I would love to have that rotating base for my bat mobiles. Where'd you get it?
+Irving Green Cool! You're gonna love this model when it comes in. The rotating table that I use in my videos was found at a local hobby/model shop. I can remember the brand name but it's pretty standard. This BvS Batmobile barely fit on it. I was holding my breath when I was filming that part because I thought it was going to roll off.
Thanks for watching and thanks for taking the time to comment. Take it easy!
that's very cool,thanks for sharing
hey bro,can I ask you a little question?
Will you book the hottoys 1/6th Batmobile?
The hottoys 1/6th Batmobile is real expensive .I still believe you can buy one ,maybe~if the moble really look like the what we saw in that video ,I thought you will do it.Awesome batmobile man!oh,I am a chinese .nice to see you!
what was the title of the song when u built the batmobile? btw dat was a dope review i alr got it fr my bday
+Mohamed Eizzuddin Thanks a lot for the compliment. Nice to hear you got one too and "Happy Birthday!"
The music that I used was an online adaptation of the Music from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It's basically the score from the first extended trailer that they released.
Thanks for watching! Take it easy.
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile a million thanks ; )
I can't get the back tires on. for some reason its too large to fit in the area :(
Nice.
What store did you find this
doh! had the wrong axels in place :) all better now
+david fried
Hey, David.
Take it easy.
cool 😁😁😁😁
Do you think you can fit a 6inch figure into that car?
+prototypex11z Definitely not. I can't think of a figure that would fit in the seats. Plus, it's hard to see but the panels in the cockpit are cut short so there'd be no place for the legs to go. Still, it's a pretty cool model.
Thanks for watching!
What site did you get the figures and batmobile ?
+Impossible Pie I found the figures in my local Toys R Us but I ordered the Batmobile from a company called Die Cast Car Store through their eBay page. Very inexpensive, fair shipping cost, and it arrived within a couple of days. Are you thinking about getting one?
Will we be expecting a 1/18 scale anytime soon ? Since all my other car collections are 1/18.
Arkham89 - The Batmobile Oh I see. I hope it does come out soon. Can't wait to add it to my car collection. Thanks
is this in scale with the mighty minis blind bag minifigures?
Take it easy!
may I ask what BGM is it when me assembly the batmobile
I like it.
The BvS batmobile is a smaller scale than the Tim Burton one.
Can it hold any of the 6" figures?
+Kolby Lego Productions
No. I don't think it is big enough and the cockpit/cabin does not have enough space at the bottom for situating legs. It's still a cool looking model. Are you planning to pick one up?
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile oh ok thx bia😀
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile maybe
where do you buy this batmobile?
the scale is 1:24 mate (:
+Matt Flores Thanks! I looked all over the box and couldn't find any info. I should have done a bit more research.
Thanks for watching!
+Arkham89 - The Batmobile no problem.mate, I wanted to buy one too but didn't know the scale until Jada announced it in their IG page
price?
There are several photographic references for this on Flickr. Here's one example from Diecastcarsgroup. Add modelling skills (his copy has been custom painted and given the weathering / battle scars effect and photography skill and my my... WoW! You won't believe it's a Jada Toys. This is the link www.flickr.com/photos/diecastcarsgroup/albums/72157668500433805
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing the link. Those images are great!! I know that if this Jada model had more paint detail it would be even more incredible. It looks so cool. This model has so much potential.
Thanks again! Take it easy.
so cool, how much for this batmobile
+Lộc Parker I paid just under $20.00 for it. You definitely get your money's worth with this model of the BvS Batmobile.
how much was this bat mobile?
+Joshthecoolz It's relatively inexpensive. I mentioned at the end of the video that I paid around $20 for it. I typically see it listed for sale around that price.
Arkham Knight Batmobile is better than this one :D
+Uzair Bukhari Haha! Yeah, it's a toss up for me. We were introduced to both at around the same time and I think some people actually though that Rocksteady took some hints from this Batmobile for theirs. I LOVE the Arkham Asylum Batmobile but my two favorites to drive around in Gotham during free roam are the Arkham Knight and the BvS skins.
spoiler: superman dies
+ngoc khan Or does he?
