The reason being is simply because of how unoptimized the quest 2 is (considering it’s a standalone headset). Therefore, the devs can’t really do anything to solve the problem. Swords do damage to the boss, but very little. The only way to damage the boss is it hit it's back

Completing jumbo is a challenge honestly. He’s the only boss that catches up to you while shooting
