    That was a great ride. I've had my 2019 Tuono Factory for 2 and a half weeks now and can't wait to get it on a track. It was also great to finally see a Nurburgring run with mph instead of kph.

    Class ride Birky 👍!!
    The only thing stopping me pushing the button for a new Tuono is the tank range, tell me please, on a normal weekend road ride at a decent pace, what kind of tank range are you getting??
    I’ve heard varying comments ranging from 80 to 130 miles, what do you normally get to before the reserve light comes on??
    Love the bike, thinking of trading my 899 Panigale in on one......hmmmmm????

      A typical keen ride for me (I've had a 16 & this 19) is around 105-111 miles. You'll get 17-25 on reserve. Best I've had is about 140 and 30 on reserve. Yes you can get it to come on at 80 miles but that's track, canyon or just blantent full on pace

      On2Wheels With Birky 41 That’s great 👍
      That will do for me, as long as I can get around the 100 miles mark it’ll do.
      Got a test ride lined up on the new electric suspension one so we’ll see how it goes.
      Thanks for the reply Birky,
      How about an owners opinion on the bike video, likes dislikes, service cost etc, would be interesting?
      Cheers mate 👍

      I need to but I'm not good at that kind of thing. I just plonk the camera on the bike typically haha
      I'll see if I can do something

    That was a mad ride my brother.
    Although I wish you weren't behind the cage going around that almost circle turn. That would've been sweet or...
    sweeter! Thanks!

    How do you find the akra in comparison to the austin racing?

    • @Birky_41

      I hate to say it but it does give a smoother better power. It's stronger and revs out better although the 19 vs 16 might have a bit to do with that too. Both have the Aprilia official map. I prefer the looks and sound of the AR but performance of the Akrapovic

    Wow! I've got a '16. Seriously considering the upgrade. Never ridden with the new suspension set up. Is it as much of an difference as Neeves says it is? (90% of my riding is in the canyons around Los Angeles.)

    • @Birky_41
      @Birky_41  5 років тому +1

      Yes it's a noticeable improvement. Going from my 16 to my 19 you can feel they've improved so many areas. What he said is spot on

    anyone know the price for riding at Nurburgring?

    • @Birky_41
      @Birky_41  3 роки тому +1

      €30 a lap weekends and €25 a lap mid week

      @@Birky_41 that's cheap. what about beginners, is it too dangerous?

    • @Birky_41
      @Birky_41  3 роки тому

      It's a public road with everything from fast cars to coaches going round. If you a new to riding I would advise getting a few laps in a car from an instructor and listen to their advice. It'll be fine and fun as long as you keep to the rules

      sorry i'm new to this.

    • @Birky_41
      @Birky_41  3 роки тому +1

      That's no probs. Can range depending on track time and laps anything from £60-600 with a sensible car and instructor nothing too crazy or flash

    Serious riding, i guess you have as much skills as the guy on the rsv4 but here on this track the power difference between the tuono and rsv4 is very noticable...

      @Birky_41  5 років тому +4

      I ride with him a fair bit and yes we've said this before. The Tuono is out of its comfort zone anything above 110-120mph vs a full on sports bike but its a better bike on tight twisty roads. He is a very good rider
