One of the most underrated knowledge is similar to tip#3 taking advantage of the highgrounds, you can spot enemy and scout them without them spotting you if you are careful. If enemy is pushing you it would be harder for them cuz you could easily track their location and you can change tactics like hiding on a rock maximizing the use of tpp and using some old tricks like throwing grenade at opposite direction to confuse them which could help you to outplay them.
