imo, voltaic makes 100% more sense on rhaast rather than blue. I say this because rhaast has the durability to proc the item more than blue, like yes you Q-Auto on both forms but on blue you just wanna be on your feet most cases and in mid-late skirmishes you find that you auto a lot less. I do understand it is a flex build so you could probably go Hubris / Yomuus depending on game state.
