My car 2012 Mazda 5 , is showing code P0762 “ shift solenoid C stuck on “ ? Car won’t shift out of 2nd gear and AT light comes on .

Its the same for Mazda 3 2007 2.0????6 Solenoids? 2 to 4 ohms?
How many ohms should I get?
The 3 same size 2 to 4 ohms the next 4 to 5 ohms and the smaller one is 14 to 20 ohms
That's only 5 solenoids in total
