I have LG intellowash 6.5kg machine. In this machine 1 problem arise cloth not washing (DRUM not spin in washing mode motor run pulsatoralso rotate but drum not rotate in washing mode) but when start drying mode that time machine drum rotate properly. I want to know what is problem in my machine.

Thanks for your videos. Mere pas LG top load 6.5kg intellowash hai. Koi error code nahi dikhata. Filling, washing aur drain bina problem hota hai. Spin ke time motor ka sound aata hai par drum nahin ghoomta. (1 time rinse ke pehle spin hota hai aur phir last mein spin hota hai.) Door magnet se band hota hai, to open rakhke machine chala sakte hai. 3-4 baar haath se push karne se spin start ho jata hai aur kapde sahi se sookh jate hain. Kya sirf spin ke start hone mein problem dikh rahi hai? Iska kya karein?
