  • Santula is one of the most popular Odia recipe which is very healthy and people generally have it on daily basis. It is prepared with lots of fresh vegetables, crushed garlic etc. So, learn , try and enjoy this healthy Odia dish with roti in dinner.
    Ingredients:
    1. Pumpkin - 1 cup
    2. Raw papaya - 1 cup
    3. Brinjal - 1/2 cup
    4. Ridge gourd - 1/2 cup
    5. Arbi- 2
    6. Bottle gourd - 1/2 cup
    7. Potato - 1
    8. Tomato - 1 (Large )
    9. Okra - 1/4 cup
    10. Garlic cloves - ( 10 -12)
    11. Badi ( Sun dried urad dal ) - 4-5 nos
    12. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
    13. Green chili - 3
    14. Dry red chili - 4
    15. Panch phoron ( Cumin , mustard , fenugreek , black cumin, saunf ) - 1/4 tsp
    16. Salt to tatse
    17.Refined oil - ( 2 tsp)
