I have this same 2010-loaded model. A man who just turned 100 gave it to me and told me he doesn't drive anymore. He had new tires, brakes, and the battery replaced. I had it shipped up here (western NYS) from VA, so it needed to be inspected. The mechanic came to the waiting room and said, "You gotta see this!" I followed him out to the car up on the lift. There it was - factory white PAPER stickers on every part under the car. Oil condition? I was as clear and clean as water. 50,000 miles. The body is in mint condition. It is the same color as shown in this video, with one addition: My vehicle has a Landau roof. The prior owner only put synthetic oil in it (Amzoil) and sent me a box of oil and a new Amzoil filter for it.
What does the undercarriage look like? You need to film that also being well lit to look for any rust or problems. Mileage can be deceiving. Drivers Seat looks it might have more mileage on it with those wear marks on side of seat
We try to get photos of the undercarriage or even in the video but do forget. The wear of one item should never be a determine factory but to look at the steering wheel, accelerator/brake pedals, radio buttons... basically wear and tear from use. Someone heavier or someone getting in and out excessively can wear the bolster faster than other parts of the seat. Thank you for the suggestion of making sure to get undercarriage pics. This car just sold a few hours ago
Also be aware of any cars that come from a area where there was a hurricane, flooding etc... Its good advice to be sure no matter where you buy a car to be diligent and have it checked out

👍🏼
Love the color. Beautiful car.
We agree!
Dang I love these cars!!!!
The GM is one of a kind. It’s too bad they didn’t innovate and add modern convenience such as Bluetooth and a backup camera
@@SalitAuto It's a Ford or a Mercury - NOT A GM vehicle.
Hi owned a town car , the best type of cars ever made unfortunately I sold it and eventually regretted. So, I am thinking of buying a Grand Marquis
It's a great alternative to the Towncar
What state are you located at?
We are in NJ
Alabama
Sweet ride

Always beware of buying cars from up north because of the rusting issues because of the cold weather up there
Also be aware of any cars that come from a area where there was a hurricane, flooding etc... Its good advice to be sure no matter where you buy a car to be diligent and have it checked out
