Also how is Edgar such a danger to the family that the mother hates him and possibly the others of the family? What did the man do?
And I still can't get over the fact that Blade came back, apparently completely sane and had forgave his brother who locked him in a mirror for 100+ years till he become 'psychotic' like how do you forgive that?! Being locked in a mirror for over a century isn't short nor fast in the slightest.
I understand the flaws in it but I'll try to make the most sense of all of your questions💀
The brothers aren't exactly on good terms, Blade only SAID that he forgave Edgar, he didn't really from the bottom of his heart, the only reason he went against his mother when she punished Edgar was because they were really close from a young age and Blade looked upto him alot.(+Blade knows the things Edgar was going through which wasn't highlighted in the video)
He doesn't actually forgive Edgar, and they're practically on thin ice, but Blade isn't a fan of family drama so he left it at that without starting a conflict even if he wanted to.
When Edgar was Blade,
Aaron and Edgar were in love, it wasn't one sided, but neither of them came forward to confess,
The day that Blade was freed was the day that Aaron decided he'd admit his feelings but Blade was told that he doesn't have to continue what his brother started so he went ahead and did what he liked. Started a "friends with benefits " kinda relationship with Irina. But obviously Aaron didn't know any of this family drama, so he went all out at Blade. After Blade was freed, it became one sided because Blade liked Irina and Aaron liked Blade.
Edgar is a danger to the family because Yelena(mother) understood after the event just how capable Edgar is especially with his fathers spellbook and could cause serious harm to the family. Besides she never actually loved him as much as her other kids because he always had this sociopathic tendencies what Yelena ignored before the event but after the event she knew just how Dangerous Edgar is.
Blade is not the sanest person, changes did occur but since his previous personality wasn't highlighted, the viewers didn't understand the changes and I understand that, so I'll mention what changed:
Before getting trapped in the mirror;
-> He was calm and collected
-> Very optimistic
-> Helpful, obedient and did jobs and stuff to support his family financially
-> Never raised his voice at anyone
-> Handled every situation maturely
After :
-> Calm and collected, but does some very concerning things sometimes[Basically just acting crazy from time to time]
-> He killed people to rob them and he started supporting his family that way instead of the right way
-> If someone is against him, he goes ahead screaming at them and even hurting them physically
