Neighbors demand action after Rottweiler allegedly attacks two dogs, kills one

People in a Southeast Portland neighborhood are demanding justice after an animal allegedly attacked two dogs, killing one of them.
"It's really scary to have a possible threat that could just run out and attack at any time and the city is unwilling to get involved and do anything about it,” said Michael Theofelis, a Woodstock resident who, like his neighbors, are afraid to walk outside after multiple incidents involving an aggressive dog.
"I saw that there was a Rottweiler and it had a Golden Doodle pinned to the ground, and it was chewing on its arm," he said. Theofelis explained how he got this cast around his wrist. "We were doing anything to try and make it let go."
Theofelis said he broke his hand as he tried to pull the aggressive Rottweiler during an apparent attack, Saturday.
