To help with the properties panel accessibility and also give more air between containers, on the right upper side:
    1. click on on the zoom percentage dropdown menu
    2. just before the last option "Comments", you'll see "Property labels" - enable it.

Does "Absolute Position" option still exist?

Yes! But Figma renamed it to "Ignore auto layout" instead of position fixed like in the real-life engineering use case. Plus, they used a completely unrelated and abstract icon of a square - which is difficult to locate. Hopefully, Figma will improve.

@@SuvarnaKhedkar-v7k When selecting element in AutoLayout container, you will find the "Ignore auto layout" button on the right side, next to "Position" - label (right side panel) - look for an icon with small square inside square with corners only. - Big Time @Figma :D
