Hey you all, this kind of dancing is great for exercise it helps keeps those joints loose and active. I love the fact that it shows the people in my age group how much fun we can yet have. I'm 70 yrs. old and am still dancing. this kind of dance doesn't take a partner either just dance and have fun.
So true! I love it too but miss it with Covid still hangin’ in. I think some are doing it outside. If my arthritis gets better, I will try to get back to it.
