We visited and walked through Parque Arboleda and its surroundings. This park or shopping plaza is located within the Municipality of San Pedro Garza García Nuevo León in Mexico 🇲🇽 .
This area is characterized by the fact that there are many corporate offices, shops, malls, apartment buildings, and restaurants.
This place has many visitors on weekends and is used as a meeting point.
Many people who live in the city asked us for this tour on our channel, which is why we decided to share it before the end of the year 😉.

Visitamos y caminamos a través del Parque Arboleda y sus alrededores. Este parque o plaza comercial se encuentra dentro del Municipio de San Pedro Garza García Nuevo León en México 🇲🇽 .
Esta zona se caracteriza porque hay muchos corporativos, oficinas, comercios, centros comerciales, edificios con departamentos y restaurantes.
Este lugar tiene muchos visitantes los fines de semana y es usado como punto de reunión.
Mucha gente que vive en la ciudad nos pidió este recorrido en nuestro canal, razón por la que decidimos compartirlo antes de que terminara el año 😉.

Están en proceso de retíralos, sin embargo, en México no es fácil, debido a cuestiones legales. Compañías del gobierno como CFE, han rentado los postes y parte de la infraestructura a compañías privadas como TV por cable, internet, comunicaciones etc etc etc. y muchos de esos si bien ya no son funcionales, los contratos que aún están vigentes tienen muchas cláusulas y algunos vencen hasta 2036. Por lo que, se tienen que negociar con los contratantes, algunos han negociado y otros se niegan a hacerlo, por lo que se han perdido muchas oportunidades.
