From the golden era, when kids had the privilege educating themselves through great pop music. Was this another planet or had the world really gone that wrong these days?
The quality in this brings a tear to my eyes. New artists should watch this and learn. Daniel Miller of Mute Records & Akiko Yano of Alpha records singing, involved in this track, & as I always suspected Lene Lovich.

This might have been 1982 because the album wasn't released until March that year. Also Windpower was released as a single in August 1982.

Presenter Mark Curry was actually 2 to 3 years younger than Thomas Dolby. Mark was 20 here, Thomas 23.
