I cannot believe this message has been out since 2012! I had heard of Pastor Cho many years ago, but had never pursued him. By a sheer stroke of luck, he showed up in my UA-cam playlist with others I've been listening to faithfully for years. It had to be an act of God, not a coincidence! Now, after listening to this message, I truly feel my 'new creature in Christ status,' wholeheartedly. I just found out that one of my old good friends isn't breathing right now from an overdose. She's one of the ladies my C-Group were reaching to in the "Real Hope" Ministry. Her life is a mess and she needs Jesus. Can as many people as possible please pray that God has mercy on her soul and and raises her to life! God is more than able!!! I feel so strongly that we need to stand in the gap for her. God has a powerful plan for her life her testimony would be like Carol Kornaki's and the enemy thinks he has her. I will appreciate this from the ABSOLUTE BOTTOM of my heart. Thank you so so much......

I stumbled on the tabernacle prayer few days ago and I tell you it answered my question.
I had often wondered how some people were able to pray long hours in words (not in tongues).
I often quickly run out of what to say , even when I had pressing prayer needs.
For the first time I prayed the tabernacle prayer using Dr Cho's transcript..I found I prayed for 2 hours!.
It is an awesome experience for me.

My friend Moises Garcia this sounds a complicated question when we don't consider God's plan for man from Adam through to Jesus. Adam was tasked to cultivate and Adam wasn't a poor man.After the fall, man entered into curses, working hard but getting little, this has altered man's satisfaction patent to greediness. Richness does not only means having much wealth accumulations.God has intended us to have enough but there is some level of poverty which is too much below what God meant us to live.To God, having much means sharing with others as in acts of apostle, those who had much shared. In deed the bible says God rejoices in the prosperity of his children, in other wards He loves to see us progress and prosperity is a sign of progress and Dominion.

If everyone is to be rich according to pastor Cho, who is going to work the land to grow vegetables and fruits, or clean the animals like sheep or cows? Rich people will do it?
What did Jesus mean then by saying?: I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world." John 16.33
How does it fit in a world of prosperity, peace, love, richness, no illnesses... etc... Jesus was talking to His disciples, not to the poor, wicked and evil men.
Moises Garcia I think he is referring to the riches we have in Jesus Christ. With all the blessings and potential blessings we have, we are to be confident down here because of all we already have up there. So many have a "woe is me " attitude. That is not where we should focus all the time.
Moises Garcia Again the attitude of a believer can be that we have everything in Christ. Not every person is called to live a dirt poor life in order to be spiritual. yet even the poorest can be joyful in their current circumstances because their current circumstances are part of their journey. Do you live in America? Even poor Americans are among the richest 5% of people who have ever lived on earth based on our lifestyle and material possessions. So all this rich and poor talk is relative. Dr. Cho teaches us to profess the position and the provision that God has for us which is unlimited because nothing is impossible with God. At the same time be content in your circumstances, not covetous, because God is using them to train and challenge us. So there is a balance of peace and joy and contentment in where we are while at the same time professing in prayer the best we can have in Christ. Our job is to in alignment with biblical truth about who God is and who we are in Christ. We are adopted sons and daughters of the creator of heaven and earth. Royalty.... sons by relation, members of a royal priesthood by vocation. it doesn't get any better than that from an eternal perspective...so why not think that way and live life that way.
you pointed keenly the sensative part well. yes not everyone can be king if someone is king then someone must be servant. so you can see so many people are dying these days and some people are celebrating their festivals. this pastor cho is korean and Im also a korean. this pastor commited illegal crime recently and judged for 2 year jailing and 5 year delaying period means must be not making same social crime otherwise then jailed for 2 year and he had to be paid milions $ for the social sin caused due to his son whos ceo of kookmin news paper which cho's yeoido church founded popular also as a no.1 mega church in world. so I dont know all of people in bible lived very richly. some people were rich some people were not. thing is you pointed well. we must overcome whatsoever you get in life as Jesus said He overcome all harships. we can look to Jesus for the winning spirit. Its true christianity. anyway this men became so rich through this religion business but It doesnt mean most church memeber of his church is also so rich like him. theres some is rich some is middle some is poor. so why some is not rich in his church? because lack of faith and didnt do what ptr. cho claimed in his conceptful sermon? I dont think so. thats just fact of world. life is not fairly given. Its just as result by cause and acting with lot of variables.
Wow, that's a totally new information about this issue. I believe in balance. The Bible is clear that the apostles had abundance at times and lack too. The secret was to learn to be content no matter the situation according to Paul the apostle. That's why Jesus said we would have afflictions in this world but not to be affraid because He overcame the world. So to preach everyone should be rich, without sickness nowadays, is just not biblically accurate. That will only happen in Heaven or after Jesus returns. Where there will be no more sorrow, sickness, death, affliction, and that's not open to interpretation. That is a fact. When the Bible says Jesus made poor, made us rich, we need to see where was rich Jesus? In His Kingdom of Heaven, so there is our richness, in the Kingdom of Heaven not in this fallen world. God may prosper you here in many ways, not only money, money, money. As Jesus and Paul the apostle clearly said several times. Do not seek for the things of this world but the things of Above. Nevertheless, how easy is for a rich man to go to Heaven? Jesus answered something really interesting. So let God decide who has what and stop being concerned about the things of this world. Biblical balanced principle.
