If people can scream and shout and jump around for a sports team, how much more should we shout about salvation? How much more should we scream praises for being redeemed from sin? How much more should we jump at the thought of Heaven? I'm of the mindset that if someone looks at me like I'm weird for being excited for what the Lord has done and is currently doing, then they obviously haven't received the unspeakable joy He is freely giving.

My only hope & prayer with regard to the UPCI church recommendation is that Tola Faminu finds one of the good ones who is sticking to all of Oneness Apostolic Pentecostalism & has a pastorate that doesn't act like they are "lords over God's heritage," which type of thing Simon Peter rebuked.
I got Biblically born again in '88 at a church under the UPCI organizational umbrella, & I went to a UPCI covered Bible college in California from '97 to 2001, & I'm a minister of Christ Jesus the Almighty & so I've been around long enough & exposed to enough to know what I'm talking about, e.g. some renounced & repudiate holiness standards; some are full of ethnic prejudice (& I'm not just talking about "white-against-black" (which are two misnomers when used to refer to ethnic groups & skin complexion, but that's another matter altogether, either), but the reverse & other sorts, too; some act like their surname is greater than that of even Christ Jesus' Name; some are anti-female ministers; some are slanderers; & on & on.
Obviously, no organization which is made up of individuals is going to be free of problem people, but it is important to acknowledge & to let people, especially new & vulnerable incomers, be aware that they need to keep their focus on Christ Jesus the Only True God & Savior.
I watched a message by the now-departed Bro. Murrell Ewing that he preached at a BOTT conference service entitled something like "Walking in the Flesh But Not the Spirit," or something like that (I can update this later when I am reminded), but in it he attempted to deal with this matter of the problems a lack of brotherly love creates. It was very powerful! I wish many had heard from then.
Now we are further into the last days than back then, & the Lord Jesus warned us in Matthew 24, "Because iniquity shall abound the love of many shall wax cold." This was not just a warning to hardcore worldlians, but to us Christians, too.
Also, the Spirit through Paul warned in 1 Corinthians 11, "There must also be heresies among you that those who are approved may be manifested."
I hope you understand what I'm talking about, but hopefully without a bunch of negative experiences to confirm what I'm saying are facts.
Like a particular well-known UPCI minister said years ago, & this isn't word-for-word, but from vague memory, "Don't let other people drive you away from Jesus, but to Jesus. Don't misconstrue their hateful actions as coming from Jesus."

Honestly, this performance will be difficult to replicate especially for a small Church band. Either a small Church band needs to re-arrange the song or not sing this title at all. At LDYM Youth camp I heard him preach. The reason you can really feel God when you listen is he won’t sell out. He told us that people offered him really good music deals and such, but they told him to go back on his apostolic ways. He refused and didn’t take the deals. You can really tell by his worship that he makes his choices in God’s will.
