I used to dream of Nadia and dream of being a gymnastics coach.. never thought it would come true.. since I started in artistic roller skating and later in ice (figure) skating! It was my wildest/craziest dream.. and IT DID BECOME TRUE! I even worked with Bela for 5 weeks at his summer camp! DREAMS DO COME TRUE.. but only if you NEVER EVER EVER GIVE UP.. AND if you NEVER EVER SETTLE FOR NOTHING LESS Good luck to all BEST OF LIFE TO YOU!!

So when did the decision to make the bars further apart start? It seems it's got wider and wider over the years. Is this because of the skills that developed over time?
@isa1285 The composers of the song Barry De Vorzon and Perry Botkin Jr. originally title the song "Cotton's Dream" for the film "Bless the Beasts and the Children". They composed a re-arranged version for "The Young and the Restless". Then after Nadia took the 1976 Summer Olympics by storm they re-titled the tune "Nadia's Theme". I was 13 at the time and I recall the song was quite a hit. Nadia was later presented with a copy of the gold record. :)
