Loved the truck and train horns. At almost 70yrs I remember the truckers honking when I would give them the honk sign. Even today I still do it occassionaly and sometimes get the honk back. Makes for a great day. Stay safe out there truckers.
The legend. Always reminds me of that scene where judge Doom is trying to find Roger Rabbit. "No toon can resist the ol' soap and a haircut.". I do it every time I check for an open stall in the restroom.
1:30 - It's unlikely the van driver tried to 'speed away'. After a hit like that they had no idea where their limbs were and started mashing pedals while trying to get themselves back upright using the steering wheel while still stunned. One foot found the gas rather than the brake and mashed down trying to stop.
The red van had a green light. Most likely had his foot on the pedal before and after being hit. He wasnt speeding off. Wasn't conscious or mechanicl failure after accident.
1:30 Russian speaking driver in North Carolina. 2:10 Most aggressive passing denial I've seen. Loved the interaction between the trucker and the train engineers.
@@ffjsb I started watching dashcam compilations when they were mostly from Russia. Back then you could also find videos of Arabs doing insane things on nearly empty roads.
The truck that got hit by the duels he knew what was happening but stayed in the hammer lane didn't even try to get out of the way he could have avoided that

If you look at red van that got hit by dump truck, the van had green light and the impact probably caused van driver to lose consciousness and van crashes again
1:34 Van driver wasn't at fault. He had a long time green light. White Ford dump driver ran a stale red. Van driver didn't "run off" Either he was stunned and jammed the accelerator or the van was so damaged he couldn't stop it. Very misleading captions. Not ATD's usual careful commeting.
5:59 this is caused by an oil leak in the turbo. The oil is sucked into the engine and the engine treats it as fuel and accelerates faster. Dumping the clutch in high gear (or opening the hood and smothering the intake somehow) is the only way to stop the engine from eventually burning up all the oil and then destroying itself for lack of oil.
At least the guy (or someone) informed the police so the road could be shut down/controlled and they could reverse. Bet that sad fellow got a right nasty citation for that bonehead move. But it could also be that he got forced onto the exit by another vehicle to avoid an accident and hoped he could reach another exit before a low bridge.
6:11, I would think that Oversize trucker will be fined and possible lose his CDL! He is driving way to fast and didn't move over at all. You can see the 2nd one moved over enough to clear the barrels. They seemed to slow down too!

That driver backing up on an interstate needs his cdl revoked🤦 Maybe the road crew will learn to put the barrels correctly... I had that problem many times when i drove long haul.
Not sure what the wrong way truck was going to do. He didn't have the space to turn around so his only options were to stop or drive to and exit/on ramp.
The trucker driving the wrong way probably spun out and ended up facing the wrong way so he headed to the exit to get off the high way. Years ago I had a tank truck going the wrong direction but he had a police escort he had spun out and ended up facing the wrong way and honestly he could not just turn his truck around.

The horn honking trucker wins the internet for today!
The dude with the trains was awesome.

Ah ha! That's great! Csx and the horn!
The guy with the trains a. The horn .... now that was cool
The train engineer has control of the horn
1st clip...
Surprised not to see SWIFT on the tractor or trailer
Yeah but the white Volvo stepped in to take glory.

Best clip in the video 😁🥰

If you are unfamiliar with NYC, if a road name ends in "Parkway", no commercial vehicles allowed.

You can see it, in the left mirror, against the side of the semi he hit.

There's a number of Russian (or former USSR) drivers in the US. Some have brought their bad driving habits with them.
How dumb was he not to slow down?? You never know what a loose wheel is going to do. Usually it does the worst possible thing.

How the hell does a truck driver not know he is going the wrong bloody way???? He could have killed someone..😮😮😮😮
He was cursing the other trucks for going the wrong way. 🤣
Guessing the wrong way truck is being driven by a foreigner w/little/no comprehension of English or how to speak the language. Dirka Dirka Dirka

7:40 as a truck driver I do the same EXACT thing 😆🤣😆🤣
Awesome lol 🙌👍
I've done that before when my friend was an engineer on the train. Good times
Keep those.
Good videos coming down the road.
There are several older parkways on Long Island, NY that have low arched overpasses - so - no commercial traffic can make it through.
When you use your car GPS unit in your semi, bad things can happen. He needed a trucker's GPS with his rig measurements entered.
What fun, I have a son who's a trucker & my other son is an engineer for Union Pacific.

The red van didn’t speed off, you can see him in the guy’s mirror

That or just got thoroughly stunned and found the gas before the brake.
A hit like that results in immediate and total loss of proprioception.
2:08 - Great job for not panicking and losing control.
And not hitting the brakes to slow down to avoid getting hit by the tires.
Van must've been illegal because he literally was in the right his light was geeen white ford was at fault not him
Probably ridin dirty😎😎🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

didnt say he was at fault, reread the comment. van driver got into 2 crashes, which he did
6:50-white work vans (or white trucks) near intersections or interchanges, are on top ten worst drivers list.

Only 10 signs saying no trucks or commercial vehicles before entering the parkways on long island...... 🤔😊

Bud Weiser. Miller. Colors. The bumpers are junk on these new semi's

First clip! Steering wheel holder should lose his CDL
both the wrong way driver and the cammer that took forever to react

Not enter the highway going the wrong way in dangerous weather. This would be a driver that would be placed out of service and/or arrested.
I don't know why you guys are picking on me but going the wrong way I was just following my GPS😂😂😂
2:40: Hardly "perfect". He smashed his side fairing doing that 180° spin....
Thats why you stay in vehicle or way off road
Well, we don’t need to watch the video 10 minutes after the infraction occurred. A whole lot of nothing has happened.

How is FedEx still allowed on the roads?
Same reason Amazon is.
And Swift, SuperEgo, Western Express...
ha HA!!!
That’s your own train horn silly. That’s not the trains.
The words to the tune the truck diver was doing and conductor responds is "Give me your ass...... Oh kay"
That truck had a train horn on his truck, nice try though
you know what the train drivers do not like . it is setting besidethe track with all light off and blow the horn when thay get next to you. at night.
