It had many of the same features as the intelijel Rainmaker multitap module, the biggest difference is the Rainmaker has 16 total taps compared to Steinberg's 8 taps.
The Ursa Major Space Station was primarily a digital reverb but had some cool ER effects that could emulate delay. So, if you combine this with the Cubase Revelation Reverb, you could absolutely come very close.
Seriously, whats the point of this delay, this delay is for sound design, 95% of all this features dosen appeal much for normal music production. I really wish Cubase could make more like Roland Space echo emulator, make more emulator plugins... instead if this super insane complex plugins, ffa manke it simpel but powerfull!

It is a great plugin. However is very CPU hungry and most of the times I have to replace it with other one due to extra 30% realtime performance!

Try using one of the Complex Echos presets in Revelation then add the Multi Tap Delay.

Chose 'Tape' as the character and choose 0 taps. You then have one of the best tape delays available.
