2021 iGCSE test was much harder (OCR) than previously before and its only going to get harder, look back at 2017 iGSCE papers and the difference is huge. I feel bad for the next generations
Hi! We multiply by root 3 because we've created a special right triangle (30-60-90). To get from the short leg to the long leg in that type of triangle, we multiply by root 3. This only works when you create a triangle that is 30-60-90. You cannot do that for all numbers.
Forget the angles and use Pythagoras. Find the perpendicular height of the triangle by doing √7² - 3.5² = 6.062..... Now you know the perpendicular height, multiply it by 7 and divide by 2 to get 21.217..... and then multiply it by 6 for all the triangles to get 127.3cm²
Thank you very much. I could follow your teaching very easily. I need to emphasize the fact that you did not inclued any sexual manner or sign in your video. That was a very important part of your video. Thank you for your pure and proffesional teaching procedure.
Ms. Milkosky I hope you asked the triangle for permission before referring to it as special. Sticking a label as such may stigmatize the triangle and send it into a protracted depression.
Anyone watching in year 7? I need help *^* it’s a little hard..... But good explaining Wait nvm I figured it out, GREAT TEACHINGGGGGGGG EVERRRRRRRRRRR THANKKKKKKK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU VERYYYYYYYY MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! 😂 but really great teaching!
it comes from the 1-2-root3 rule of a 30degrees angled triangle. the short leg is 1, the hypotenuse is 2 and the long leg is root3. If you're not familiar with special triangles, watch her other movies.
I dont think west countries students really need to be educated to get a job.........In india all want a govt. job that's why we all want to be educated here........
what is 49 x square root 3, /4 =21.1925 = 49 x 1.73 /4 =21.1925 , please give the answer to the people or stop teaching ,,, square root of 3 is...1.73. square root of 3 is...1.73. square root of 3 is...1.73. square root of 3 is...1.73. square root of 3 is...1.73. square root of 3 is...1.73 ,you may don't know either , I'm not here to teach teacher's all my life
I am indian
Good way of concept improvement
A lot of thanks you

I liked video; looking forward to when you get your new studio. Thank you.
When ur on coronacation but have to do school work...thx for the help

I have a big IGCSE exam tomorrow. Great video!
Nice mine was moved to October november this year😏
Nice explain area of regular hexagon polygon..👍
Ek to ye Sab chiz se dar Lagta hai phir BHI main Dekh Raha hu lekin board par nhi ..aaisi teacher milti hamko to sayad aaj BAAT hi kuch aur Hoti. 😊😍
Where is the video about special right triangles and square root of 3?
Nice Video and easy to understand. One suggestion is in the end you can generalize the equation with base length
You are my new favorite teacher ☺️
2020 anyone??? Lol I can time travel 😆
Btw great job on this vid, really helped me in solving my maths HW....
Yup the year of hell
yup and I want to kill myself
2021 lol

This woman teaches better than my teacher.
Can you also release some videos on bearing and distance, conic sections, Circle geometry??
what if it is not a hexagon and rather a pentagon, You wouldn't have a 30 60 90 triangle so how would you do it? trig?
Wow You teach very well like my teacher
Thank you very much,
Its really helpful to me.
But i have some other queries. Can. You help on that to?
Why do we multiply by route 3. Do we do it for all numbers.

WHERE DID THE ROT 3 COME FROM
ikkrrrr im soooooooooo confuseddd
Thanksyou

Well explained
we need a ok count xD.. great vid helped me out... thx
Loop
But Ms. where is the specific formula to find the perimeter ?
It really helped me, thankyou
Thanks well explaination ❤❤
Your accent is very cool❤
you saved my life, thank you
it was a pleasure

thank you so much!! I had an ISEE to take this helped me so much...
It was helpful put i kinda lost yu when you said the square root of three
same i need help !?!
Really good video!
Super helpful for my kids they pasted test
here because on online school due to the corona virus check
Instead of writing the root 3 for the triangle length cant we just use trigonometry because we have 30 as the angle and 7 as the base
Hi 👋
Thanks teacher for explaining
You are good woman, it in one hour till hm work is due and here i am
Very good job mam
Nice one very good video
If you teach in india
Then students fall in love with you 😜🥰🥰
Awesome 👍
we could have just used the formul of equilateral triangle lol
I am form India ,Nice video your
A bit wordy, but understandable. Thanks.
Why is it root 3?
Just use triangulation sohcahtoa rule
Nice class..
You can be a good teacher

@Abigail Tang never mind
